cv shortlisted followed by pi (skype interview). out of 16 only three were selected. only hr questions were asked and just a little technical knowledge. similar questions were asked to each and every candidate. prepare about the company profile. mech people should have a good knowledge on design skills.
Initial round, got an email to conduct a video interview before a dateline, they gave preparation time before answering questions, but i felt the time to answer was too short

The first interview was a HireVue with typical behavioral questions, then, based on that, another interview was scheduled. The second interview was focused on describing what the job requires and whether the applicant met those requirements.
