I sent my CV, they checked it out and arranged for a telephone interview. It was a typical interview with questions about my CV and how one would respond to customer requests. Also there were some technical questions. Afterwards there was a technical assessment.

Interview
There were three interviews. First were short phone interviews with the HR which I would say were really just administrative and coordination. Second was with operations which measured the soft skills of candidates typical of customer support companies. Last was panel technical with the supervisors which looks if you have the technical skills or can be trained
