I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Brisbane) in Jan 2021
Interview
Was interviewed by the head of engineering and HR in the company and it was an extremely lovely chat that made me feel super welcome.
I actually really enjoyed the interview process as it was more conversational than anything else. The Schneider staff were extremely friendly and allowed me to ask questions that were tricky.
The interviewers allowed me to probe more regarding the role and company and were extremely open regarding the overall position.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Sydney) in Oct 2014
Interview
HR wasn't that helpful in confirming the interview process. He called once, and I told him that I wasn't free, and said I would like to re-schedule the interview, and instead of him calling me again at the agreed time, I had to give him a call.
After the interview, his answers were very unhelpful as to what kind of time frame I ought to be expecting and how to stand out better as a graduate.
