Interview
It was a group interview. Before the interview you had to prepare a task that involved giving different costumers recommendations for their day at the museum and present to everyone. Then a short addition test to see if you could work the register, and finally a small group task where you decide who would handle what crisis and how as they arise.

It is pretty straightforward.
3 different stages, 1st one showcasing your customer service skills, 2nd for you team work and leadership skills and the last one more over focusing on your listening and grasping skills.
