The interview started with general questions and background. I was then asked about the company and why I applied to work there (I was contacted by a recruiter). I wasn't given many details of the role as the interview was more focused on my abilities.
There were then two technical tests both of which were very unusual and had no real relation to an agile practice of working.
Overall I thought the interview was a little poorly structured and left me feeling pretty unprepared. I wasn't really sold the role and I have still no feedback from my interview over a week later.
