The best recruitment process I have ever had. Started before Christmas and even on boxing day I got email from the HR manager, who was always there for me when a question arised. The process was straight forward, already clarified the whole process in the first interview so there was no surprise. The whole hiring process took maximum a month with all the interview. The first was a screening interview, second interview was a meeting with the CEO and CTO with some technical conversation about my previous projects and experience and my last interview was a pair programming session with two developers from their team, who were helping me all along and waited for my solutions patiently. After the session they gave me a tips where can I improve and how the whole session went. Even offered me to get in contact with them out of the session to help me which direction should I go from there and what should I pay more attention to facilitate my technical growth. I can only say good things about the whole company and their team. It was a pleasure to meet them all.
