I was initially hired through a sub-contractor. I assume it's a screening process. Interviewed with the recruiter. Later, phone interviews with my future Manager as well as the VP of Engineering happened. After that step, it was a face to face interview and glimpse at what I'd be responsible for if I accepted the position. The whole interview process was great.
