Securian Financial interview questions

Ridiculous interview process for a lower mid level position. HR screening 45 mins via Teams video. Hiring mgr 60 mins via Teams mgr. 2 person team 60 mins ia Teams AND a 4 person separate in office interview. Back to back 45 mins ea. CRAZY!! This isnt the FBI Securian! What a waste of everyone’s time! Combine some of these interviews together for not only your employees who lack interviewing skills but also for the applicant. We are human too!

Went through Three rounds of interviews just for this one position. The whole process was very long and not very organized. Interviews were all done over teams. HR personnel wasn’t very knowledgeable nor were they helpful.
