Interview
Straight forward and prompt. They do not want to waste time and were looking to hire for the open position immediately. Interview questions were not hard, looking to hire a cultural fit. Someone who does not make any material mistakes (material mistakes subject to a financial penalty).

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Securitas (Parsippany, NJ) in Feb 2024
Interview
First had initial interview with HR, then HR set up interview with the hiring managers. That had two managers, both remote so it was on Teams. Both were helpful but the position did not seem right for me.
