      Interview

The interview process for a Customer Service Representative usually starts with an application and résumé review to assess communication skills, customer-handling experience, and basic technical ability. Shortlisted candidates are then invited for an interview, which may be conducted online. The interview focuses on behavioral questions, such as handling difficult customers, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer support. Candidates may also be tested on communication skills, typing speed, or basic customer service scenarios. In some cases, an assessment or role-play exercise is included to evaluate problem-solving skills and professionalism. After the interview, the hiring team reviews the candidate’s performance and makes a final decision. Successful candidates are contacted with an offer, while others may receive feedback.
