I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sellics Marketplace Analytics (Berlin) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process focuses on capability with tools and matching personality. Programmatic interviewing questions were very high level at first, before I was provided with a challenge to make a working result to demonstrate my ability with the tools I'd be working with. It was a refreshing change of pace from algorithm-based interviews.

Interview
HR interview with Desiree Nohr is pretty good. She tells you about the company and the process with a very detailed explanation.
Coding task was easy, but also very unprofessional. When the HR gives you the task, she says you should spend maximum of 2 hours to it. But the senior developers tell you that you should have spend more time and deliver a better solution.
Developer interview was way too bad. They don't ask you Java specific questions at all. Only thing they require if you know AWS or not, plus if you can improve the coding task if the conditions to be different.
Developer interview could be so much better if they had focused on data structures, microservices architecture, concurrency, etc. I was already decided not to continue the process because of the lack of the questions.
To get a job there, just study the coding task. That's all enough.

Interview
I had a series of interviews with HR, wrote and submitted test code within 3 days,an interview with a lead developer, followed by one with CTO and then finally with the CEO . I really did enjoy the process as it was causal but yet professional. Though I did not get the offer, I am glad for this experience.
