The interview was good, the interviewer are friendly, and good to communicate. I made a presentation about a project I did for statistics, and got follow up questions. They asked about GWAS, FDR and relative knowledge.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sema4 (Stamford, CT) in May 2020
Interview
Recruiter call followed by conversation with hiring manager. There was some delay in an offer because of the pandemic. Offer came through with a salary decrease that matched what current employees were experiencing because of the pandemic.
Simple 2-step interview first with the hiring manager and next with the director of the MSL team. No presentation was requested. Both interviews by video (in 2021). This information may not be relevant now that Sema4 has closed all of their diagnostics products and only GeneDx exists.
