Process was smooth. Amazing employees and definitely prioritize work life balance. Two interviews before receiving an offer and onboarding was easy as well. Questions were direct, no tricks. Would recommend.
This was by far the most unprofessional interview I've ever been on. As soon as I walked in, it was extremely unorganized. They gave me a test to work on while they looked for the other members of the panel who were late to the interview. While I was taking the test and trying to focus, one of the guys picked up his phone and started yelling saying "Do this interview with me, I don't know what to ask, just come up with some questions." Right in front of me.
The manager asked me to answer the questions on the test and when I asked if I was correct he shrugged and smirked and said "Uhh I don't know" and laughed then told me "Let me guess, you don't know the next one either." He also inappropriately asked how many interviews I've been on and what positions they were for. I have only had positive interview experiences until I came here.
What I took from this experience is that if I were offered any position at this company, I would not even think about working at a place where managers and their employees argue with each other during an interview right in front of candidates. It was clear that one of the panel members was annoyed of the manager's behavior but couldn't say anything about it. It didn't take long to sense a VERY toxic and degrading environment. I'm grateful however, that the manager as well as the director showed me a handful of red flags so I know that I've dodged a bullet.
Also, a note to female candidates - don't wear heels because no one told me I wasn't supposed to wear them. When I first checked in, I overheard that my two inch wedges were "too high".
