I applied online. I interviewed at Senti Biosciences in Feb 2020
Interview
The process was straight forward, but seemed disorganized. It was nice they take a chance on others and expand their culture. However, there are clicks within the company and it is hard to feel accepted.

Question 1
Asked about processes, and overshot about culture. Although, it seemed fine from outside. Lots of joking around
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Senti Biosciences in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview I had was the most unprofessional and disorganized interview I've had in my experience. From the scheduling stage, there were considerable delays in responses to my availability, and the interview was rescheduled multiple times, necessitating frequent follow-ups on my part. During the interview itself, I found it to be quite brief and lacking in essential information about the company and the position. The interviewer was extremely rude, which ultimately raises concerns about the company's culture and overall approach to candidate engagement. A few days after the interview the interviewer reached out to me again for an interview highlighting the lack of professionalism, emotional and work intelligence

Interview
It was easy and people were nice. Sometime they'll throw you off with some random questions about miscellaneous information they read on your resume. But other than that, it's standard.
