I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Santa Clara, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Whiteboard coding. Simple questions on data structures, algorithm. One design question. I was asked to optimize code. The interviewer was very supportive. He gave very vague requirement for the design question. He was expecting me to ask questions to get the clear idea of the requirement.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ServiceNow (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Recruiter Call and then Technical interview with 3 software engineers. They worked with you as you solved the problem. There are no test cases, it is like a system design problem.
Pretty straightforward, had to follow up with the recruiter a few times though as they are a little slow but the final interview was 3 back-to-back interviews, one behavioral, one technical behavioral where they asked a super simple programming loops question, and one hiring manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (use STAR format and you'll be good)
My First round was a Recruiter Interview where I was asked a couple of behavioral questions. The second/ final round was a coding interview with a panel of 3 engineers.
