Applied through other source. I was interviewed at ServiceNow (Hyd). I was called for an in-house written test and interviews. One of the interviewers seemed very unprepared and it seemed she was going through my resume for the first time. She was more interested to know why people are leaving Qualcomm, what kind of opening is there at Qualcomm rather than asking interview questions - she mentioned her husband works there. She was very unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable. Other interviewers were serious. Good questions asked. I also learnt in this process. Was offered but I had already accepted offer from another company

The initial telephonic interview was taken by a US manager. It went really well. Later I was called for an in-house written test and interviews. 2 rounds went well. The other interviewer seemed very confused about my profile, did not know where I currently worked. And the product manager round was also the same, I wasn't asked any writer related questions in this round and the interviewer read my profile while taking the interview. Few days later I was informed they are considering someone else. I did not understand how I not matched their job description. I knew many more tools than they are currently authoring. I also strongly feel the interviewers must read the resumes before taking the interview.
