3-4 rounds of interviews (manager-level in same Business Unit, director, another director, and direct supervisor)
They made me do actual work for them as part of their interview process. I had to do a competitive analysis and find business intelligence on their competitors. They wanted a complete a presentation done. I had to do this twice and I made it to the final round of interviews. In the end, they made up excuses like, "oh our funding for the business unit has recently change" and made gave me false hope about changes in funding that would lead to a hire. Very shady.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I got through the 2/3 rounds of interview. They wanted to Schedule the 3rd HR interview the day after the 2nd which was physically impossible. I asked to reschedule for the day after and they never got back to me.
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Norwich, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
One hour phone call interview and strenght base interview online. It was two stages of interview before making decision. It took over a month to provide feedback on the outcome.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow in May 2024
Interview
The interview process was quite unusual. It spanned six weeks with poor communication from HR throughout. The HR team seemed unaware of the specifics of each interview round. Given this experience, I wouldn't consider applying there again.
