I was asked to talk through my professional experience and asked some specific competency based interview questions such as to talk about the most challenging role I have recruited for, how I would handle a difficult hiring manager and my motivation for applying for the position. I received a rejection email about 2 weeks later informing me that I wasn't successful but with no specific feedback as to why. However, the process was quick and straightforward and I appreciated that.
