Out of hours, questions not answered fully (canned answers often used) and the interview was advertised as "you must do it now they're waiting for you"... At 11pm at night.
The interview process was very smooth and approachable. The interviewer asked good questions and I was met with good responses to my own questions. I am very happy with how this interview went and went on to get the job offer

Very quick and easy. HR reaches out to you and answers any questions you have and is available 24/7. You just have to download a messaging app to keep in touch. No awkwardness or pressure during the interview.
