I was contacted by a recruiter for a role that in principle sounded like a good fit. Had a call with the hiring manager who was clearly preoccupied. Heard nothing since! Messaged and called the recruiter, nothing. I have no problem if I'm not progressing in the process but at least have the decency to let me know. Clearly I dodged a bullet

They got in touch with me and invited me for an interview. I was asked for 3 availability options, which I provided. The bot chose one and the interview was set up. I showed up; the interviewer did not. The same happened a second time, even though I had politely emailed that I had already attended the interview but the interviewer had not - as the second time they got in touch, there was no apology of any sort - in fact it was as if they had never been in touch. The human, on this occasion acknowledged the issue, offered 3 slots, no apology and then booked me in - but never showed up to the interview.. When they then approached for the third time, I completely ignored this. Then, when I received the interview feedback (for an interview I had not attended!), I was a very good candidate but had failed to meet all of the requirements of the job... I could not believe how poor an experience this was, so I sent the CEO a message but heard nothing back..

A very fast call from the recruiter with normal introduce yourself questions. It felt kind of one way communication, I didn’t feel any mind of engagement from the other side. The recruiter didn’t even talk about the company/culture. And I didn’t bother to ask about it at the end as I was demotivated by the attitude.
