Their process is ridiculously clunky, one-sided, and exclusionary. Before they’ll even speak to you, they require an assessment that can take up to an hour. It asks IQ type questions that have absolutely nothing to do with the job or ability to do the job. A company that requires that time level commitment from ME before even bothering to have a conversation with me to determine if THEY are a good fit for ME tells me all I need to know about them. They’re not concerned with their employees’ fit or happiness, it’s clearly one-sided for them. As if that isn’t insulting enough, they state they require prospects to take the test a second time to ensure consistency. Great, so it’s one sided for them when seeking applicants and they assume applicants are lying so they do an hour long test TWICE. Glad they weeded themselves out before wasting my time any further.
