      Senior Associate Interview

      12 May 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SharesPost (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2019

      Interview

The interview process started off quick and well. I thought I was going to receive an offer based on feedback from the recruiter but they ended up being radio silent. I never heard back on whether I got the offer or not. This is extremely inconsiderate and frustrating for candidates who take the time and effort to interview. The least they can do is to get back to the candidate with an answer. Knowing how they treat candidates, I would not want to work for this company.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Standard questions about my background, why I want to work there, and behavioral questions.
