I heard from the recruiter and had an interview within the week. The interview was mostly a conversation that ended up with the hiring mgr stating she would love to have me on her team....that was until I gave my salary range. I received a call about 1-2 days later with a rejection because I did not have enough experience....which they knew before I interviewed.
