Initial Interview: state that as a medical professional, you want to be profiled for their MCA (medical coding academy) profile.
Nurses are prioritized, but medical allied graduates are welcome too!
Assessment: 2 assessments with a required passing score of 80% minimum, covers anaphysio/medical terms/some coding rules
Final interview: checks your knowledge on disease processes and coding guidelines, if you are familiar with any
