Question 1
How are you sensitive to other people's backgrounds?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shell (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Nov 2017
Interview
Ca. 40 mins talk with 2 recruiters - typical interview questions based on my CV, a bit about myself, a bit about my education, etc. Very pleasant and easy-going people, flexible when it comes to the form of the interview (face to face/skype). I had to wait quite long for their decision (a few weeks), while a friend of mine received an e-mail after one or two weeks.
