Interview
After I submitted my application through shell website, I took 2 online assesement. The first one was behavioral test and the second one was data analysis test. After I completed all the online part, I recevied email from recruiter and we set up the interview. Interview was 1 hour, Recruiter asked me 5 behavioral questions and general questions such as why I want to work at Shell.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
