Interview
Two rounds: first round online hire-vue system 2nd round case study both pretty easy just make sure you know the case study completely and be ready for hard questions. Overall enjoyable there was a break of couple months between rounds.
A textual question appeared on the screen, then I was given unlimited attempts to record a three-minute video answering the question. This was repeated twice (i.e. three questions in total).

Interview
Not the interview, but assessment. It had a prerecorded video interview as part of the online assessment. The online assessment seemed like a strength based one where you get a profile of some highlighted strengths at the end of the test.
First, there is a game-like process to check your behavior in certain situations. Then, there's an on-demand interview where you send videos answering some questions. Finally, there is supposed to be a case study with Shell employees.
