I applied online, they sent me an email asking me when I would be available for the interview, one week later I did a phone interview, after two days they asked me to go to the district office (in the city I applied) and then I interview with the city manager and finally the district manager. A week later they sent me an offer by email

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
