I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams
Interview
I met with the district manager at a career fair and he referred me to the hiring manager for an interview that would take place a few days later. The interview was pretty easy and I met with two staff members for a 15 minute interview. The questions were fairly basic and I got a job offer within a couple of days, however, I turned the position down due to a misunderstanding over the career path. My intention was to go the management trainee route, but I was told that it'd pretty much be a guarantee that I'd have to relocate after completing the program.

Question 1
What do you think separates yourself from the other candidates?
Interview was performed after the initial call, a week after my application was submitted. The interview was performed in the company's office with basic interview questions. I only met with the manager and assistant manager as available between customers.
Customer service questions mostly. I would recommend still coming in and looking nice and being prepared for behavioral based answers. It was very relaxed and easy to talk during the interview.
I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Philadelphia, PA)
