I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (New York, NY) in Oct 2012
Interview
Was contacted by the HR Recruiter via email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well and was immediately set up to visit a store for a visit. I was nervous to go to the store but I had a very positive experience. Both managers were very nice and helpful answering all of my questions for the visit. I was shown the back stock area and given a little mini tour. After I left, I met with the DM later in the week in which my store visit was discussed, education, goals, relocation capabilities were evaluated. They never discussed salary or benefits at the third interview and I didn't feel comfortable asking. It is a long process for hiring and I guess they want to make sure they hire carefully. It was a good experience

Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
