I was contacted by a Director on Linkedin about the position - I wasn't looking and hadn't applied. I agreed to have an initial conversation and then a phone interview. I never heard from them again. I sent two follow up emails and still no word. Very unprofessional.

They asked very few questions. They mostly talked about themselves the entire interview and made assumptions about my background based on my LinkedIn profile.
