The HR coordinator ghosted me after I accepted the job and turned down other offers. It was several months of not hearing back, where the executive team member then got back with me asking if I was ready for my start date. Frustrating. On the bright side, if I had a better HR coordinator, I would have stuck with the job but instead accepted a different offer after not hearing back from their team.
