I spoke with a recruiter at a career fair at my school about theposition and he directed me to apply online. I applied online and within a couple of weeks I received an email message from a recruiter requesting me to call her to setup a phone interview. I called her and she gave me two different days I could choose from and times she was available to interview. She called me exactly at the time we had scheduled and started the interview.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
