Simple and concise. The people were nice enough and were willing to listen and it flowed like a conversation. Overall, it was very informal, not like someone interrogating you and made it seem like they were genuinely interested in learning more about you.

Interview
I had one interview with the City Manager after an internship fair. It was very relaxed and comfortable. She went over my resume on an Ipad and asked me questions while reviewing it. I went over my experiences and spoke about my coursework and how I was preparing for a future career. The interviewer was very polite and enthusiastic about my answers.

The interviewer was friendly and energetic. He allowed me to asks questions for most of the interview rather than simply asking me questions, which made me feel this company cares about their employees.

Fairly standard interview process; including an initial screening done over Zoom, a store walkthrough, and final interview with the district manager. Interview questions were fair and were important to the functions of the work done during the internship.
