I was applying for a mid level position with my resume indicating a large amount of experience. I was contacted by internal recruiters for a Store Manager position (not even the department I was applying for) and asked to interview and then they apologized and asked to talk about an assistant store manager position instead, since I had no college degree. Very out of touch with the recruitment process.

3 Interviews. HR call, then In person twice. It was straight forward. Covered all the questions about the experience. They gave me a chance to ask some questions too. Talked about sales target. goals and such

The interview process is pretty easy and traditional. first phone interview then interview with hiring manager you usually hear back within a week. after that you begin your training and once you complete training you’re on the job
