Interview
Applied online; contacted by HR for a phone interview, phone interview was harder in my opinion than the sit-down interview. Was offtered a face-to-face interview. I was applying for a position in Florida and going to school in Indiana and they were very receptive to me scheduling my sit-down interview when I was home over Winter Break. Once I went to my sit-down interview, I met with the City District Manager and then the District Manager. Neither of them asked very hard questions, the CDM said he knew I was still in college so he wasn't going to grill me on SW product or specifics. I honestly wouldn't bank on that with anyone else, it could very well have been his interview style/. I then went to a local store and had a store visit where they showed me around. Once you go on the store visit, you are given a list of questions you are to ask the General Manager. Once you get to this point, it feels more like you are interviewing them. I did my store visit and my sit-down interview at the same time. I think this is because I wasn't local, but other people said they did this at different times. After I left the interview, I received my offer after an hour via email from the first woman I interviewed with in HR.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
