I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Shipt (JAX Beach, FL) in May 2021
Interview
The process included calls with a recruiter, manager, panel, and a project. The project was supposed to take less than 30 minutes, but it really took over an hour. It wasn't as relevant to the job as I expected it to be which was frustrating.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Shipt (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Initial interview with recruiter, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager and half day interview via video call with several team members. It took over 2 months to go through the process. The hiring manager was fantastic throughout the whole process but the recruiter drop the ball in the final decision. She decided to head to vacation without giving the final decision to me the candidate and I had to chase the hiring manager. Ideally the hiring manager should have called me to let me know about the decision but I suppose professionalism lacks at Shipt.

Didn’t get to this stage. Once you apply, they check your LinkedIn and then close out your application. They appear to have a problem with people of color. Their diversity and inclusion is almost non existent.
Won’t be applying for anything else with this company.
