I applied online. Was called about 2 weeks after. Received a call on a Friday but no vmail. Received a second call the following week. Answered and set up an appointment for a face to face. The manager emailed me the company address information. When I arrived, I was disappointment to learn that the job description was not as advertised. This was a warehouse position and not a customer service position. After learning that, I was hesitant about this company. This position didn't seem like it was a full time position but a seasonal one. Manager told me they already had 6 customer service reps and I was the "help" working in the warehouse mainly. The manger explained that they needed the help for the holiday season. Yes! I did ask, "What's the reason for this position opening up" because I suspected she wasn't being honest. Luckily I didn't hear back from her and I did not email for a follow up. A total waste of time.
