Shop Bonsai interview questions

Three interviews in total. The first one was with an assistant which was preliminary. The second interview was with your direct report. And the third one was supposed to be with the CFO of the company which wasn't hired at the time and then I wasn't proceeded through for a reason that wasn't clearly given. There were two tests. One was a skills test on personality, which was unrelated to the job and the second was an accounting test which was related to the job. The interview process expanded over the course of about 3 months. It was quite clear that they were still interviewing other candidates because of the length of the interviewing process.
