I applied via employee referral and HR reached out pretty quick and had a nice conversations and setup phone screen with CTO , discussion was around role expectations , challenges . Onsite was setup next week, I met with VP , CTO , and 3 team members All discussions went well but I was told in 2 days that they want to look for more candidates.
