Interview
All of Shopko's applications are done online. You are first required to report any criminal history and are then asked to take a personality test. The best advice I can give is to answer the questions as if you were Mr. Rogers, not Loss Prevention. The rest of the application consists of your typical application info. The first interview was with the LP Manager and the second with the Store Manager. They waived the final interview with the Regional LP Supervisor because I had previous experience.

Interview
They ask about previous challenges you have overcome as well as how you overcame them. One of the questions asked is "Why do you want to work for Shopko?" It's good to know facts about Shopko and smile as well as answer all the questions competently. The 1st interview was with the store manager and assistant store manager. The 2nd interview was with the store manager from my store and a store manager from another store. The third interview was a phone interview with the District Loss Prevention Manager. In the third interview you are asked how you would rate your temper on a scale of 1-10. 10 being a high temper.
