Interview Process starts with a recruiter call then a technical assessment after that the recruiter tells you that there will be a technical round 45mins and a final Cultural/Tech round but adds another round of interview with PM. Just so that I don't feel ghosted. Anyway thats not the worst part. the worst part was the interviewer in tech round was visibly tired and yawning as it was night time in India (which he declined he was in) He had some questions written on paper like what are graphql resolvers? and what is Sharding? if your answer matches with those on his paper you're golden. If not then too bad, as he is gonna pass a demeaning smile to make it obvious that he making fun of you. Well I had enough of that so I stopped attempting to answer questions and waited for the end to give him some constructive feedback. Which again he argued some and slept through the rest :D In my thirteen years of professional career I've been on both sides of the interview table and this was undoubtedly the most Unprofessional interview ever. Save yourself the trouble and don't apply.
