I applied online. I interviewed at Sia (Denver, CO) in Aug 2023
Interview
Interviewing was going fine. Enjoyed conversations. Between interviews I heard back a week later than I was told to expect. Then after second interview I was asked about start date, salary, title, and told they'd be getting interview feedback the next day and get back to me. Heard nothing for 1.5 weeks. Then they finally asked for time we could catch up. Gave availability and heard nothing for a few days. Then it was an apology and asked for time that next day. I confirmed and I've heard nothing since. I was very interested in Sia (despite the fact the job was priced around $24k low), through interviewing. If they're building up their Denver team, good candidate experiences will help that process. Process: screen, interview with manager, skills assessment, interview with head of team
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time the project changed in the middle of the project? Project I'm most proud of Project things didn't go well
I had two interviews, one initial screening interview online, and one in person interview. During the in person interview, the interviewer walked through my resume and asked me specific questions regarding certain bullets such as how i had artificial intelligence experience since it was on my skills section.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sia in Apr 2026
Interview
Le processus est classique et très rapide : 1 premier entretien RH, puis 1 étude de cas, 1 entretien avec un manager et 1 dernier entretien.
Il s'est écoulé à peine 1 semaine entre chaque entretien.
There was online application, and then a call with human resources, one case study with n + 1, and one for with n + 2. Overall not too hard. Friendly people
