Had a recruiter phone screen and a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The call with the recruiter was very straightforward and a good experience, typical asking about your experience type questions. Hiring manager interview was not a great experience. They asked me specific questions about my experience and didn't seem like they were at all interested in talking to me. Almost like they already knew they weren't going to continue the interview process with me.

Interview
I only have had the 30-minute phone interview yet, but it was very easy. The energy was great, and the senior manager I talked to was very clearly passionate about his job but also his team.

Question 1
They asked me to tell them why I wanted to be a Quality Engineer and why I think I would be a good fit, and also why I wanted to work at SNC.
Was pretty straightforward asked about previous experience and experience pertaining to job. Nothing crazy just know your resume be prepared to speak on past projects. A few software questions as well just be honest.
