Got a call from HR and he asked about the experiencem, current CTC and the expected CTC. They were ready to pay the expected CTC initially and they scheduled two interviews. I cleared both the interviews and then HR told me to send documents for an HR round. Once I sent the documents, It was conveyed to me that I have to come to office premises for a face to face interview. Then HR asked me if the CTC that I'm expecting is negotiable and they cannot pay more than amount "x" which is less than 30% of the current CTC.
