I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SilverTech (Manchester, NH)
Interview
Something is very ODD about this company. The company puts on a great facade but overall the interview was a complete disappointment and waste of my time. Leadership at the top knows what they want = grow the business and make $$ but they hire people right out of college (majority are in their early 20's) who don't have a clue how to effectively manage projects, clients or the life cycle. Overall, the formal interview process was embarrassing and I didn't get the impression that middle management is comfortable hiring anyone who knows more than they do. It appears that they have high turnover and middle management is still green. I felt like I was interviewing them. Sorry, not sorry, the current female project managers are complete idiots. They had poor presentation skills and acted like young school children during the interview as they exchanged "agency life" inside jokes and giggled.
I would recommend to look elsewhere especially if you are seasoned and mid-level in your career. During the building/office tour, there was little collaboration or conversation between employees (fear? boredom? Who knows?!) and majority had a look of "get out while you can" on their faces which left a poor impression on what is would be like to work there.
It was comical that every person I interviewed with kept referring to "agency life" - but when I asked them to describe what that meant to them, their answers were convoluted and lacked real understanding of that expression. To put it frankly, working 55+ hrs a week due to inefficiency and inexperience is what this company thinks is "agency life".
