Superday consisted of three 45 minute long cases with one 45 minute long 'behavioral interview'. They place a lot of emphasis on pricing strategies and they want to know that you are interested in pricing independently (ask you about products you like etc)

Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
