Resume shortlist followed by a 25 minute Quant test followed by first round interviews with two Manager/ Senior Manager people from the office . Focus on Communication l, Clarity and Confidence. Case was straight forward and interviewers were helpful.
Second round with an Associate Partner - Rapid fire in first 20 minutes followed by a tricky case with obscure quant. Tried it with 10 other candidates, no one did it. Got bombed.

Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
