Interview process was straight forward, 1st call with HR and then with Hiring Manager, however in the first call HR didn't turn up at the time it was scheduled, instead sent an email 2-5 mins after interview was supposed to start asking to reschedule. Anyhoo! call with Hiring manager was long, she asked questions not very much related to the core job, but mostly how you handle certain situations. which is ok but skipping core part of your work isn't very sensible. After a week they asked me to prepare a presentation & gave very tight timelines, which I adhered to, in the final interview, hiring manager's boss also joined, who seemed a nice person. Anyhow, Hiring manager seemed least interested in the presentation, without asking even a single question through entire presentation, it seemed like they wanted to do a formality. Then after few days I received a regret letter. The idea is if they wanted to reject it could have been done even after 2nd interview the presentation part wasn't required. After the regret HR wanted to give feedback, but their emails surprisingly bouncing back, I gave them my mobile number to call for feedback to understand why the candidature is not accepted to which no response yet. Probably there are some biases going on within the organization.
