Received a recruiter message on LinkedIn, then had an initial HR screen where we discussed the role and salary expectations. Next I had a call with the senior manager, which was behavioral and background focused. Next I had a call with a junior member of the team and an executive, which was largely behavioral but also included a case related question. After these calls, I did a 4 hour take home assignment intended to mimic the job. Finally, I had a call with the head of the department and then received the verbal offer.
Throughout the process I stayed in touch with the recruiter, who always made sure I was still interested and answered my questions.
